What is Resistance - And How to
When working with the Law of Attraction, many people come up against a pesky problem that can block everything
they are trying to manifest - that problem is called RESISTANCE.
In essence, resistance acts as a "logjam" in your energetic frequency - the signal you are constantly broadcasting
to the universe. This signal is the one that communicates the essence of the things you desire, and acts as a
All of the visualization, scripting, affirmations and the like that you do reguarly affect this signal - infusing
it with the energy of the great things you are trying to attract into your life.
Unfortunately, if you've got a lot of resistance, that energy is also infused into your energetic signal so it acts
like a blockage that prevents the great things you desire from manifesting in your life.
The tricky thing about resistance is that you can have it without realizing it. Even if you realize you have it,
it's hard to know exactly what to do about it.
How can you tell if you have resistance?
Most often you'll notice a sense of being "stuck" or "blocked", feelings of heaviness, frustration, emptiness or
other negative feelings. Essentially you feel "not good".
The important thing to understand about this "not good" feeling is that you cannot allow abundance and other
positive experiences into your life unless you DO feel good.
Because when you don't feel good, you are not energetically compatible with situations and experiences that would
make you feel good. When you don't feel good, you are only aligned with receiving more experiences that continue to
keep that "not good" feeling going.
But when you understand how to recognize and clear this inner resistance - the blockages are dissolved and all of
those wonderful things you've been trying to attract can now flow easily to you.
